My name is Johann P. Roddenbuerger. I currently work as a penetration tester, with previous experience in web application development (and hacking), and some general IT stuff.

I’ve always been very interested in security, even long before I worked in the security field. As a web application developer, I was always particularly interested in, and concerned about, how malicious users might try to take advantage of vulnerabilities in my software.

In this blog I write about various security news and events, security products and services I find interesting, simple tutorials, and occasionally any research I’m doing.
